收到海量讀者同客人PM，叫做skim read咗成個statement。。
💬: 幾時實行?
👨💼: 未知，亦未係最終方案。暫時會有12 weeks諮詢期，然後再整理收集到嘅意見。

💬: 「5＋1」Confirmed‼️Hooray⁉️
👨💼: 純睇年數，Spouse Visa同BNO Visa係維持5年不變。但新加嘅永居「minimum requirement」，唔確定是否適用於BNO Visa。
1️⃣申請人年收入最少達到£12,570 (必須持續最少3年)
2️⃣英文試要求由B1提升到B2
3️⃣No Recourse to Public Fund。例如: 唔小心拎咗1個月牛奶金，永居年期自動加5年

4️⃣不良記錄收緊

👨💼: 其實新丁有接觸好多client，每人背後都有唔同故事，例如有好多client都仲係Skilled Worker Visa，另外又有6x歲client話自己英文唔好，我用咗成個鐘先說服到佢考英文試。
俾少少同理心，唔使一見到5年不變就香檳都開唔切。

💬: 實行性有幾高?
1️⃣Statement有句真係睇到著咗🔥其中一個永居年收入要求係適用於所有visa holder，包括dependant。
💡Quoted P.26「This will mean that a person admitted as the dependant of an economic migrant will not necessarily enjoy the same qualifying period for settlement as their partner」
即係一個全職丈夫，收入達到要求，3-5年取得永居。而生咗小朋友嘅太太，為咗照顧家庭，可能10年甚至更耐先可以永居⁉️
▪️呢個policy點睇都係indirect discrimination，點可能過到「Equality Act 2010」?
▪️除BNO Visa外，配偶申請永居係需要證明親密關係。「全職丈夫可以先永居」呢個先後次序，會唔會助長家暴情況?

2️⃣相關「Immigration Rules Change」適用於已喺英國生活嘅visa holder。

所以statement P.27，Home Secretary話要透過questionnaire蒐集意見，睇吓會唔會有過渡性計劃 (Transitional Arrangments)。
